Tranquil Mind is an easy to learn, easy to do meditation practice based on the earliest teachings of the Buddha.

Tranquil Mind is a re-discovered meditation practice taught directly from the Buddha’s original teachings. Unlike many modern meditation techniques, Tranquil Mind doesn’t ask you to fight your thoughts or force concentration. Instead of trying to force things to be different, or “trying hard” to make your mind do something, you’ll learn how to cultivate loving-kindness and release stress. This approach allows for meditators to experience deep states of tranquility and peacefulness.

Typically the way this works is that we’ll spend about 45 mintues getting to know you and advise on how to get started with the Tranquil Mind method. You’ll also get written instructons as a take away. Once you start meditating regularly, we can establish a regular cadence to get together and discucss your practice. Everyone is different but this usually occus one a week or once every few weeks. There is no charge for guidance.
