Tranquil Mind Training

One On One training

If you’d like help with your practice, we’re available for one-on-one training and guidance – from absolute beginners to advanced meditators. Ideal for people new to Tranquil Mind or those with an existing practice.

Small Group Zoom Retreats

Small groups, daily talks and individual interviews. For groups who can commit to a 5, 7 or 10 day online retreat.

In Person Retreats

We hold in person retreats in various locations world-wide. These retreats typically run 7 to 10 days. Each person recives individualized guidance each day, with a group dicussion in the evening. A great way to unplug from the world and focus on your meditaiton practice. 

3 Day Zoom Weekend Retreats - Perfect for beginners

Instructions are sent out before the retreat. Friday night we’ll have a short Zoom call to answer questions and provide how-to guidance and end the call with a group silent meditation. Saturday is spent meditating and receiving individualized instruction and guidance. Sunday evening we’ll meet to discuss the practice and offer practical advice for continuing the practice. We’ll end Sunday night with a group meditation. This is a great way for beginners to experience the practice from the comfort of home.

Advanced Instruction

For those that have practiced Tranquil Mind and are ready to take the next step in their practice. One on one guidance with one of our advanced teachers who will help you deepen your practice. Typically for people who have a solid understanding of Tranquil Mind and have developed a daily meditation practice.
